Sept.16: No Borders, Inc. (NBDR) is evaluating a breakthrough Florida-based boat design company as a potential merger candidate. Talks have progressed well, and the two companies are now completing final audits and reviews. NBDR recently completed a set of filings with authorities. The company interim management will continue its clean-up of the company, and continue reporting. A new website is being developed for the company, which plans to begin reporting with the SEC and Pink Sheets as a non-reporting entity. In other words, it is not mandatory to report but the company will do so to become more transparent under the new interim management and new leadership.
