OVERLAND PARK, KS, Oct 13, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- myFreightWorld (PINKSHEETS: MYFT) announced today that it has engaged the services of Semple, Marchal & Cooper, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, of Phoenix, Arizona to perform an audit of the Company's financial statements, an important step toward becoming a fully reporting company to the Securities and Exchange Commission (www.sec.gov).

Semple, Marchal & Cooper is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). The PCAOB is a private-sector, non-profit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair, and independent audit reports.
