This post of yours below is very powerful PCFG due diligence (DD) that you have discovered from “proven, probable, and potential” resources that is a must read and understand for all. I must repeat... very powerful DD! http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=55208452
I agree that there ”was” a ton of new info on their website. It looks to be back in the ”Currently being updated” mode, but many of us had seen the info before it had gone to such mode. Plus some verified in others ways for doing DD.
Let me further break this down in a simpler format for my understanding of what you have discovered about their Black Rock Canyon, Mud Springs Gulch, South Tub Springs Gulch, and other properties. It’s to help me, but it might also help others to have a visual too. Based on what you have posted from “proven, probable, and potential” resources, below is what I have derived to figure out how you equated the value of their properties to being just over 1 million ounces of gold at a value of over $1.3 billion. Please review below and let me know if I am on track or not...
Black Rock Canyon (1,100,000 cubic yards) x (0.035 ounces per cubic yards) = 38,500 ounces of gold (2,900,000 cubic yards) x (0.039 ounces per cubic yards) = 113,100 ounces of gold
Total = 151,600 ounces of gold ___________________________________________________________________________
Mud Springs Gulch (580,000 cubic yards) x (0.03 ounces per cubic yards) = 17,400 ounces of gold (2,100,000 cubic yards) x (0.02 ounces per cubic yards) = 42,000 ounces of gold (10,000,000 cubic yards) x (0.03 ounces per cubic yards) = 300,000 ounces of gold (8,000,000 cubic yards) x (0.03 ounces per cubic yards) = 240,000 ounces of gold
Total = 599,400 ounces of gold ___________________________________________________________________________
South Tub Springs Gulch (300,000 cubic yards) x (0.039 ounces per cubic yards) = 11,700 ounces of gold (1,300,000 cubic yards) x (0.032 ounces per cubic yards) = 41,600 ounces of gold (12,000,000 cubic yards) x (0.03 ounces per cubic yards) = 360,000 ounces of gold
Other Key PCFG Notes that were previously on the website to be updated:
The amount listed below was listed as ”Other Areas” within their website and was Other Areas (100 million cubic yards) x (0.025 ounces per cubic yard) = 2,500,000 ounces of gold ___________________________________________________________________________
I also saw where it stated that it should be noted that the grade in the Lower Black Rock Canyon may actually be higher than indicated as a number of recent 100 cu yd bulk samples returned values of 0.05 ounces per cubic yard. So using .025 to .039 ounces per cubic yards as I did above for the calculations is still conservative considering the 0.05 ounces per cubic yards. The website is currently under construction and it will be interesting to see what will be updated. I still believe that PCFG has huge potential that is still in its infant stages.
