Brand Neue Corp. Acquires Majority Interest in Voyager Health Technologies Corp
October 4, 2010– Las Vegas, Nevada – Brand Neue Corp. (OTCBB Symbol: BRNZ) ("Brand Neue" or the "Company") announced today that the Company has acquired a majority interest in Voyager Health Technologies Corp. (“VHT”), a newly formed referral marketing company dedicated to the development and sale of high quality, in-demand nutritional supplements. The new company will be 51% owned by Brand Neue Corp. and 49% by the founders of Voyager Health Technologies.
Voyager Health Technologies’ initial product line will focus on areas of high priority within the North American population; namely obesity and weight-loss, inflammatory control and circulatory health, improved cognitive function and ADHD challenges, stress management and sexual/reproductive health, as well as antioxidative protection and immune health. The company also intends to include revolutionary products addressing children's health.
VHT is developing an interactive social network of Independent Distributors. Voyager Health Technologies will provide its network and preferred customer base with ongoing health and wellness education through webinars, downloadable video programming, and regional and national training and education events. The company is planning on deploying its purchasing and educational programming, together with specialty, health-related behavior modification applications through online website distribution as well as mobile applications via SmartPhone and iPad interactivity.
