Spoke with Mitchell Geisler COO, Director today...

First round of DD questions, starting a second list soon,

Q)Pinksheets needs to be updated with share structure etc, will this happen?
A) Will certainly take care of that asap

Q)Why is the authorized 5 billion, this is scary for investors, will they consider reducing it. If not, its a bad message for longer term type holders .
A)It was done by the BOD previously and he will discuss this possibility with the BOD for review. He did say the o/s is 719 mill . The TA is open for verification.

Q)As per their previous press, will and when are you going be sec compliant with filings.
A) He said this will happen but would not nail down exact time frame.
*Note, we did see a recent 8k so my thoughts are that the filing process may be under way.

Q)Any more conversions being done of preferred or debentures and if not, then we can assume the 719 mill o/s reflects that?
A)The 719 million reflects conversions except for the last round (approx 22 mill) in the recent 8k. The financing company has until March 5, 2011 to receive their last block.

Q) So the o/s is 719 mill range and what is the float?
A)Yes, and the float is roughly 360 million. I will add that insiders own half of the outstanding shares and we arent at all interested in selling our stock at these prices.

Q) When will we see the 43-101 mentioned in June press that was to be done in two weeks?
A) He couldn't comment on a specific time frame.

*Note:I have a feeling it is completed.

Q)Why dont they have an IR person to answer investors phone calls ?
A)It's all about budget at this point. I will be more diligent about getting back to investors moving forward.

Q) Could you go into production relatively easy.
A) Yes
