I'm sorry, but now I'm even more confused. It appears you clearly DID say conferences with peers are the same as publishing in journals. Here are the complete posts.

My post: Doc FG, can you clarify - when you say "too many published articles" are you referring to, PR's or published papers in the commonly accepted medical/research definition (published in a major scientific/medical journal)?
I believe eva is the real deal and am not questioning her, just trying to determine what has been "published" and what has simply been announced.

Your Response:Presenting at peer reviewed conferences is considered publishing. Such presentations are included in the published proceedings that are sent to attendees, interested parties, and libraries to add to holdings and data bases. NNVC has presented to 3 such conferences on HIV, pandemic threats and influenza. A fourth and most recent report regarding Ebola was published as part of conference proceedings.

For at least 7 conferences, Diwan or Seymour had to submit abstracts for approval from a committee of peers. These also are accepted as peer review of what was presented. Dr. Eva Harris met Dr. Diwan at a peer reviewed conference in Genieva following his presentation.

These are the complete posts, in context. I am clearly asking about publishing in medical or scientific journals and you are saying presenting at peer reviewed conferences is considered publishing.

The question remains (again, a simple yes or no) has there been anything published in any peer reviewed journal about any of the 'cides?
