Oh no! EVFN, SWRS & Dennis locked out!

Went by the company offices yesterday on Knox. Note pasted to the door dated August 31, 2010 said landlord had changed locks due to non-payment. They have been locked out for nearly a month.

Should news stating they could not enter offices be in any filing?
