The Solutions Group Inc (SOLU) basically has 2 products focusing on the Automotive industry:
- the idrive
- the DECELERATOR (thru its subsidiary Smart Throttle Techonology).

While the idrive (a vehicle monitoring system) has been a profitable product for the company and includes clientele from Fortune 500 companies, I feel the DECELERATOR is the key product for the company.
If you've watched the news the past year, you've probably seen a few stories about the numerous Toyota recalls due to SUA (Sudden Unintended Acceleration). Well it seems Toyota is not the only carmaker having these problems.

While the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) is investigating the problem along with Toyota, The Solutions Group believe they have the fix with The DECELERATOR. The DECELERATOR is a patent pending little device which is easily installed into a vehicle and stops unintended acceleration whether the error is mechanical, electrical or human. Take a look at this video to see how the product works:
Is the DECELERATOR safe and proven? Yes, the DECELERATOR has passed ISO 7637-2 and SAE J1211 standards.
Is the DECELERATOR ready? Yes, the DECELERATOR has completed R&D and is now focused on sales and marketing.

Who bought the DECELERATOR? The National Highway Traffice Safety Administration (NHTSA) http://www.nhtsa.gov/

Yup, the same agency that is investigating the Toyota problems. They are also the same agency that mandated the airbags in our cars, our seatbelt laws, head protection on our seats, etc. Can you imagine what happens to this low floater if the DECELERATOR is mandated in every car?
Bottomline:
With a Government agency like NHTSA buying the DECELERATOR for whatever reason, the potential for this low floater is huge imo. Please do your own DD before buying a stock. CEO Sean O'Neil is very open to communication with investors and can be contacted at the Santa Barabara office:
