It appears that most significant among the website updates is that it removes mention of the previous NI technical report from July 2009. It also removes mention of the drill hole data from 1955/56 by Dominion Gulf. Appears maybe this was done either to specifically address the CTO and get that revoked, or it is in preparation of the updated NI reports, or both.

The page for Shining Tree has also been tweaked since August 29th.

Current
Shining Tree

In March 2009, Sarissa optioned the “Shining Tree” property in the townships of Asquith and Churchill in the Shining Tree district. On a regional scale the property is located within the prolific Abitibi greenstone belt which is renowned for its concentration of world-class gold and Cu-Zn-Ag-Au deposits. The Shining Tree property appears to be centered on the axis of a regional gravity high signifying an area of thick supra-crustal rocks and under-plating by oceanic crust. In the Abitibi these associations appear conducive to the discovery of major gold deposits.

In March 2009, Sarissa optioned the “Shining Tree” property consisting of 16 claim units (approximately 640 acres) in the townships of Asquith and Churchill in the Shining Tree district. On a regional scale the property is located within the prolific Abitibi greenstone belt which is renowned for its concentration of world-class gold and Cu-Zn-Ag-Au deposits. The Shining Tree property appears to be on trend with the Larder Lake - Cadillac Break with which many of the world-class gold deposits are spatially associated. The Shining Tree property is also centered on the axis of a regional gravity high signifying an area of thick supra-crustal rocks and under-plating by oceanic crust. In the Abitibi these associations appear conducive to the discovery of major gold deposits.

And, we also know the date on the investor fact sheet was updated to show September 2010, but I haven't figured out how to use Google Cache to view a previous version to see what changed.

It's all IMO
