Tony the problem with your Accumulation/Distribution model is that it assumes a constant share structure. It does not accommodate new issues and therefore it renders an invalid signal.

I have provided an updated chart below that shows exactly when new shares were issued. The effect of new issues on the PPS now becomes immediately clear. I have included the planned sale of 40M shares by the officers on July 15th.
