I have received email from Steve Prior

I woke up this morning to find the following email from Steve Prior. As with my last post I replaced specific email addresses and/or actual names (except for Steve Prior himself) with our known aliases:

Dear [Captain Bly]

Thanks for your continued interest and investment in our Company and my apologies for being so elusive - our business is growing very rapidly on every front and I am sucked into running the business and making money for the shareholders. I am very carefully trying to grow the Corporate entity from a baby (where we have nothing but a story) to a todler (where we show some real promise) - and now to a child where performance matters and behavior and transparency becomes entrenched in everything we do. This is lots of hard work and requires a little longer to show up and implement.

Every business is all about cash flow and resource allocation - we are no different and as we are growing very rapidly we have made a concious decision to put all our efforts into making the business work rather than talking about it and managing the stock or share price. It is also very difficult to respond to emails or questions individually.

Opening up the first location of 1WorldCash was a huge achievement, then adding a second and third location. Now we are up to 6 and plan to increase agents at the rate 2-4 a month, this is no longer such a big deal (although tremendously good for business) and we are reworking the website so that you can keep track of the new stores as they open and will not necessarily be making PR unless it is significant.

Audited financials and 10K are dragging on the smallest of things with the Auditors (three sets of them, from subsidiary to HK to Consolidated) that are frustrating, time consuming but I understand have to be done especially the first time.

I get literally hundreds of emails every day, and i have to prioritize and simply can not get to them all. My Tutamen Email is overwhelming at the moment - but I Promise i will get more interactive. I have invested everything I have into this business and its success, i feel very good where we are at and look forward to growing into a strong brand and good cash flowing business together with shareholders such as you.

Thanks

Steve
