The following is offered without comment for your consideration. Remote Dynamics (RMTD), another David Walters associated company, currently trades at .0001 after several increases of the authorized shares (ultimately arriving at the current 100 BILLION) and then selling its income producing assets. By some bizarre coincidence, Maple Carpenter Creek,LLC appears to be located only some 20 miles from the Remote Dynamics address. RMTD ran to a high of .28 on January 17, 2008 but after a series of increases in the authorized shares and a 1 for 400 reverse split it now resides at .0001, and many IH posters claim they can't sell even at .0001.
