From December 31, 2007 through March 31, 2010 according to the unaudited financials the company issued 43,256,772 shares for various reason. Most were issued in 2009 where the average price would be about the same price it is today.

There really is not much of an exact answer for your question because there is no firm definition of value provided.

There are likely more answers possible but I can see three fairly easily.

First would be the market value that one could obtain by selling the land outright right now. This is an unknown value but I would guess its higher than the market cap of the company based on what it trades at today. They would have used that money to prove up from zero resources to 12 billion of mostly indicated. Shortly we should see a larger update to that number so Zero to X of Y type of resources. So the growth of those resources at the price you could sell them divided by the number of shares. Potentially a big number but I don't know how to quantify it.

Second would be a market cap measure - where the extra shares have done little to enhance the market cap. Of course market cap may not be the correct measure as the share price may not reflect the true value of the company to a suitor. At this point market cap was not impacted significantly either way.

Third method, would be that the company did a lot considering they could buy back those 43 million shares for close if not more than they sold them for, so assuming they have the capital to do so, they could get the benefits which are difficult to quantify for a net less amount than they sold the shares for.

All of these possibilities are roughly using present as the time frame. Hopefully the case will be a very small % of shares sold in private placements allowed the company to return multi millions and perhaps billions of dollars in market cap or potential cash flow from selling the minerals some day. There presently isn't enough information available to know.

While I think this project is a lock to one day go the distance its not clear that they have gotten to that spot yet.

Not sure why you would ask the question as it is open to so much personal opinion and pretty much devoid of facts? So that is my thoughts FWIW.
