This stock has a stong base of shareholders that are holding long for the big time news that will make HLNT soar so fast you are going to need a hydrogen powered rocket to catch it. This is a real deal. We have also had a ton of new interest and have recently sign new dealers and more that are in the works right now.

Joint Venture #1
DongFeng wants a 6% increase in fuel efficiency from the Hydrogen fuel cell. HLNT knows they have not had lower that 10%. Sounds like that will work easily. 8% brings governmental aid. Sounds better. If we give them 25% they are going to flip. This is an engine on a dyno under little to no load. The results they get will be huge. Could be the biggest thing to hit China. I have had them on 5 different vehicles and they have averaged a 25% increase in gas mileage. They recently tested a combine which they got 32% increase. Big Time! We need to also remember that the fuel cell decreases emissions which is also huge for the Chinese auto maker. They want to be able to pass emission tests in other countries and the Wildcat Hydrogen booster will do that.

Joint Venture #2
Hoss Deal. Highline owns the tooling and has built the Hoss already (see below my 2007). They will start producing them in china and shipping them here. Probably the simplest of the joint ventures to close. The new one will be re-designed.

Refurbished parts. DongFeng asked for this and Highline is willing to do it so this will be a simple deal as long as it is profitable for both companies.



These Joint Ventures will be huge for HLNT and all of us. Each one is a multi million dollar deal. Even closing 1 deal could put this stock over the top.

They are continuing to sell the Hydrogen fuel cells in the US. 22+ dealerships all over the country. We now have 1 dealership in 49 states! Some of the dealers are on this board and will answer questions.

They are still selling the Bo Tie truck beds through internet sales. They are not as focused on this sector as the others but is a profitable venture.
