Read were they changed to Chapter 7 in March.

Then read this:

Post-Bankruptcy
On February 1, 2010, former Executive Officers of South Texas Oil Company formed ImPetro Resources LLC to acquire substantially all the assets of South Texas Oil Company. In an amendment to a Reg D filing (dated February 12, 2010), ImPetro Resources LLC has increased its initial equity and debt offering of $17.5 million to $22 million and has secured $20 million.

It appears (in the Reg D filing) that ASYM Energy Investments LLC and Summerline Asset Management Inc. are major investors in ImPetro Resources LLC.

So .... what is this Board expecting and why is there even a bid/ask? Anybody got a clue?
