And compound all of this with this other golden nugget...

As of September 9, there are ONLY 123 shareholders...a HUGE drop from 1600 shareholders. Do you know what that means?

Allow me to explain...

First, let me get something out of the way...the Bashers, the folks who only twist things around to suit their needs, the folks who only like to paint a negative picture, and the so-called Shorts will probably run with this and say something along the lines that it is a reflection of the stock price, or it is because all those other shareholders were smart to get out before the dilution, or however else they would want to twist it to suit their negative agenda, blah, blah, blah...

However, if you stand back and look at the big picture...

2. The coincidence that that article came out the same day that we had all those 4999 trades...which usually comes before a big run, if you are familiar with this stock's history...

3. And lastly, the fact that we only have 123 shareholders...

4. And it doesn't hurt that the technicals are looking mighty pretty as well.


Nevertheless, the point of this post is to bring out the fact that we only have 123 shareholders left. The reason that this is so important is because that means that the all the orders on the ASK combined HAVE TO BE THIN in comparison to when we had 1600 shareholders. As a result, if and when MRNJ decides to begin their 'buy back their shares' program, it will be that much easier for the stock to run up in price.

The beauty of all this is how everything is coming together...the stock share buyback article, the 4999 trades, the beautiful technicals, and the 123 shareholders.

Oh and I forgot to mention that we're almost about to begin Phase III as well, when all the marketing and promotion is suppose to take place to capitalize on the Holiday Season and thereafter.
