(OOTC:PRPM) (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company has launched a new corporate strategy for the remainder of 2010 as part of a plan to increase shareholder value. The first step in the Company's new corporate strategy was the signing of a worldwide marketing and sales agreement between Propalms' wholly owned subsidiary, Propalms Ltd., a UK corporation, and the newly formed Propalms International Ltd, a Nevada corporation.
