Good Morning, and YES what a day yesterday was.

The following are my opinions on what the day will bring:

1. We will see more selling early on from the rest of the weak hands who did not see the news release yesterday about the baseless and frivilous law suit.
2. The selling will end about 10:40 and we will have a new and fresh round of buying going on. (Most of the people I know were buying yesterday and will continue to buy into weakness today if it continues)
3. The fresh buying will cause a key reversal like we had back when the MM's took us down 30% during our second leg up and shook the tree of the weak longs.

This is just my humble opinion, but for those who read EVERYTHING in the contracts, the law suit, and all posted on this great board, it is quite clear that the lawsuit is indeed baseless and should be thrown out because:

1. The two financial parties concerned accepted the escrow payment in full and released the land claim holdings
2. The land conveyance to U5 Resources did take place according to the 6K filings and it wouldn't be possible without payment to have taken place.
3. A judge would surely question why the financial companies didn't question the share disbursement much sooner, and only decide to bring it to light after the escrow payout.
4. The share disbursement in lieu of pay didn't actually damage the stock price or return payment of such in any material way.
5. All shares were returned and dismissed (innocent mistake, most directors in a company don't work for FREE) and it was compensation in lieu of a paycheck.
5. And a judge would really question why they waited until after all of the above, took payment, and released the land etc. etc.
etc. and only decided to file papers after the stock climbed in price steadily.
6. And I am sure that the stock price manipulation scenario will be investigated and brought forth if this were to see the insides of a courtroom (which I sincerely doubt will ever happen).

BUY ALL YOU CAN WHILE SHE IS CHEAP !!!
