LTN Exclusive interview with with Ronn Maxwell of Ronn Motors

1. What is going on with production?

A: Production is currently on hold until the Company secures a long term facility in which production will be housed. We are continuing our dialogue with the City of Marble Falls but any final arrangement with the City has to be economically viable for the Company. If we cannot reach a mutually beneficial agreement, the Company will consider several other alternative locations.

2. Which product will be the driving force over the next 12 months?

A: The Scorpion eco-exotic supercar and the H2GO real time, on board hydrogen production system. We think the Scorpion will lead the way as it requires very little in the way of final adjustments and modifications since the prototype has been produced and many of the “bugs” worked out. The longest lead time component will be the creation of the carbon fiber bodies by Metalcrafters. Interestingly, we have received interest in mating the Scorpion with the Mercedes-AMG 7.3L 1,000 hp engine. Installing this engine in the car will require some additional engineering and chassis modifications but if the interest is strong enough, we will certainly entertain this arrangement. If it is produced, we expect the pricing for the 1,000 hp version of the Scorpion to be approximately $1.3 million.

The H2GO unit can be mass produced and is currently undergoing review and analysis by state and federal agencies in order to qualify for certain certifications, which we believe will be achieved in November. We believe that once certified, our strongest initial markets will be long haul truckers and state and local governments. We intend to pursue these markets vigorously but not to the exclusion of the automotive aftermarket and other applications.

3. Does the H2GO Unit really work?

A: Absolutely. We have amassed over 1 million road miles under various driving conditions during our testing process and can report that the H2GO unit returns on average 15% – 35% better fuel mileage and a 75% – 90% reduction in carbon emissions. These miles were racked up primarily in large trucks (diesel and gasoline), big rigs and delivery trucks, consistent with our initial market focus.

4. Does the company have any patented technology?

A: The Company has filed a patent application for its technology through our patent counsel. Consistent with the historical practices of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the application will not be published or be searchable in the USPTO database until it is granted or rejected. We will not disclose any of our claims in the application nor will we provide any information about the application as it contains highly confidential and proprietary information that is extremely valuable to our Company. Once the patent application is approved, it will be published by the USPTO and available for review by the general public.

5. Can people order a Scorpion now?

A: They certainly can. We will work with customers and help them decide how they want the interior of the car to look and any additional, customized features. We will also make sure we can produce what the customer desires. We will have to work through the time lines and set expectations accordingly so we can deliver a beautiful car on time. We want very happy customers and we believe our customers will be very happy with their Scorpion.

6. What is your plan to distribute vehicles?

A: We are open to establishing distribution networks around the globe. Our partners must meet very stringent criteria and be committed to promoting the Ronn Motors name and products in the appropriate manner. Initially, we expect to meet our customers personally and create the final “wish list” for their vehicle. Once qualified dealers or distributors are located and secured, they will perform this initial service for their customers and the Company will manufacture the vehicle according to the desired specification.

7. What is your best market?

A: I don’t think there is a “best” market – all markets are good markets in our view. We believe the U.S. market will prove to be very strong and the European market will also be a very good one for the Company. Having said that, we have been getting a lot of interest lately from the Far East – China and Southeast Asia – and that will develop into a very good market for the Company, particularly in light of the need to reduce carbon emissions and to satisfy the desires of the recently developed affluent class for unique, high performance cars.

8. When will you be in full production?

A: We anticipate securing our manufacturing facility in the short term, receiving orders for the Scorpion and H2GO units and commence manufacturing right away. It’s difficult to provide an exact timeline at the moment but we believe we can be in place with orders and in production by the end of the year. There are a few variables that may affect that prediction but we are very much looking forward to commencing production and seeing our cars in the hands of owners.

9. How many shares are in the float right now?

A: Right now, we think the actual float is approximately 24,000,000 shares. These are shares that are currently on deposit and tradable at this time. Most of the shareholders take a long term view of the Company and its prospects and believe, as we do, that the Company has a bright future. We have suffered from selling pressure and short selling but we actively pursued the matter and successfully put a halt to that activity.

10. What plans for dilution are there?

A: There are no plans by the Company to issue any more shares than are outstanding right now. The Company has in fact taken steps to have certain holders return shares to the Company and reduce the float. We do not think that further diluting our stockholders is in the best interests of the Company or our stockholders and presently, we have no intention to reduce or dilute shareholder value.
