I wonder if there are any shares left. I see that on 4 August 2010 there were some 7.1 Billion shares outstanding with an authorized limit of 8 Billion (I gleaned this from the pink sheet website). Firing up the HP now, to ensure I get this right, that would leave some 900 Million shares left to issue.

Looking at the trading volume beginning 5 August 2010 and extending through yesterday, I see a total of 1.9 Billion shares have changed hands. Counting only the 6 highest trading volume days gives us a total of some 1.5 Billion shares. Again, this data from the pink sheet website which conveniently downloads this info into Excel.

Now that's a lot of shares. Obviously I have no way of knowing if the trades are simply existing shares trading hands, or new shares being sold, or a combination of both. I do know that the settlement and forbearance agreement with AJW requires payment of 40 Million shares per week, or 20% of the prior week's trading volume, whichever is greater. Well, the latter is the greater number this month. In fact, banging on the HP now, Ingen owes some 370 million shares this month base on this data. Again, I have no way of knowing if those shares have been paid or not.
