SSN +.03 to 1.24 doubled up a small position today. Samson could easily sell on the news when they close their acreage sale but overall fundamentals are very positive for SSN.

They have several near term catalysts.

1. Sale due to close next Tuesday for 61 to 79million in cash. They already have 10 million deposit.
2. Bakken well has been drilled and test results will be announced by mid September. 30+% working interest
3. Second Bakken well will be fracked and tested in October.
4. Appear to be negotiating for more Bakken land once sale closes
5. Should announce Niobrara drill program once sale closes.

All depends on sale closing.
