DMGM acquired Residential Income Properties several months ago. This never got press released.

From the DMGM shareholder letter:

"Next, we have agreed in principal, to acquire Residential Income Properties, Inc. of New York, and we expect to merge with Montana Acquisition Corporation....This is the first stage of a plan of operations adopted by my new senior management team, and that I expect that an aggressive schedule to acquire new business opportunities will be in place with in 30 days."

Since the merger with Montana was delayed, there is a lot of news DMGM is waiting to press release.
