Pediatric Prosthetics Inc., (PINKSHEETS: PDPRD | PowerRating) is pleased to announce through Mr. MacDonald Tudeme, the new Chief Executive Officer, the acquisition of Marathon Health Care Corp., a private wholly owned subsidiary of Pediatric Prosthetics. The shareholders of Marathon Health Care Corp. approved and entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with Pediatric Prosthetics on December 18, 2009 in order to revive the operations of the vacated shell corporation and bring the business opportunities and growth of the company to a new level.

On December 18, 2009, the company's majority shareholders accepted the resignation of the former Board of Directors and appointed Mr. MacDonald Tudeme, Mrs. Mercedes, Mr. Wayne F. Richardson, Mr. Sonny M. Tudeme to serve as the new Directors of the company. The new Board then elected Mr. Tudeme to serve as the company's new Chief Executive Officer to guide the company's growth and development.

Mr. Tudeme has extensive experience as the senior administrator of a private Health Care Agency from 1995 to 2002 which provided health and housing services to underprivileged clients under a New York City Agency contract. Mr. Tudeme has over twenty years of experience in functional, managerial and operational disciplines in both public and private corporations. He has successfully served as the Director of Marketing, responsible for new business development and strategic planning for various companies. Prior to forming Marathon Health Care Corp, he was a Director and a Senior Executive of a Staffing company in the healthcare industry. He was integral in bringing the company public through a Reverse Merger in addition to also raising capital in the process.

Mr. MacDonald Tudeme holds an MBA City University LA, a Post Graduate Diploma Aston University England UK, and a Certificate in Advanced Study at Brunnel University, England, UK.

Ms. Marguerite Tudeme


Marguerite M. Tudeme, our co-founder is a Human Services and Healthcare Professional with a wealth of multicultural experience on three continents. She served as Production Manager. She later joined Leadership Innovations as a Coordinating Coach on healthcare matters here in New York. Her duties included assisting hospitals and healthcare facilities improve leadership qualities among staff. She was successfully involved in redirecting and assisting those hospitals and health facilities to improve leadership qualities and patient welfare; worked with several health care facilities in throughout metropolitan New York as a senior administrator.

Mrs. M Tudeme holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Services from Audrey Cohen College and a Nursing Training from Birmingham United Hospital England, UK. She is also a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Wayne Richardson, CPA

Mr. Wayne Richardson is the chief financial officer for Marathon Health Care Corp. He brings well over 15 years of financial experience to the position. Previously, he was chief operating / chief financial officer of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. He provided technical financial guidance and expertise, implemented budgets, monitor financial performance of the corporation; provided timely and accurate financial and operational reports to the Board of Directors. Prior to this Wayne Richardson was a Sole Proprietor Rauceo Tax Services where he performed audits of small corporations, partnerships and not-for-profit corporations. He also worked for William Browning & Co as a senior accountant for 4 years.

Mr. Wayne Richardson received his BA Accounting and M .S Taxation from York College and Baruch College City University of New York respectively. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and Florida State.

Sonny Tudeme

Sonny Tudeme joined Marathon Healthcare Corporation in 2003 shortly after obtaining his BS in Computer Information Science (Cum Laude) from Florida A & M University. Prior to Marathon, Sonny Tudeme served as a Project Leader for L.E.A.P., a non-profit organization in CT designed to improve the reading, math, and life skills of inner city youth. Due to his expertise, Sonny Tudeme functioned as a network administrator, a computer programming curriculum supervisor - managed 6+ teachers and instructed five courses - and was able to build a skill set that would prove effective as Marathon's IT/Network Administrator. Throughout 2004-2005 Sonny Tudeme developed and implemented Marathon's network infrastructure from the ground up. This endeavor required the creation of Marathon's Microsoft Active Directory Network, coordinating with vendors/contractors, and overseeing the purchasing and structuring of servers, in addition to, outlining a cost effective VOIP solution. Over the next two years, Sonny Tudeme would take the lead on myriad of responsibilities such as project reporting, mass purchasing, employee training and strategic planning; and in 2005, Sonny Tudeme would officially begin to manage the HR and Accounting Departments at Marathon. In 2006, Sonny Tudeme responded to the NYSDOH's new mandate that Licensed Home Healthcare agencies would have to join a new communication network called HPN/HCS by assuming the role of HPN Coordinator and managing company compliance with the state. Finally in 2008, Sonny Tudeme made a natural transition to Marathon's VP of Operations where he manages the day-to-day operations of the company. Though his responsibilities are vast, highlights include: marshalling resources set by Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors to produce maximum output for company stakeholders; codifying organizational mission, strategy, and coaching/corrective practices to meet company goals for effective implementation; monitoring and assessing employee and customer expectations and concerns; and ultimately driving Marathon's growth ad success while balancing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.

Marathon Health Care Corp is a nurse staffing and home healthcare company, providing health care professionals to hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the New York area, and Pennsylvania as well, through its subsidiary, Abundant Nursing. Marathon Health Care Corp is also a Home Health Agency licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide skilled nursing care in the homes of the elderly, sick, and the incapacitated in all of New York's 5 boroughs.

Marathon's client base includes hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities that require supplemental staffing to meet their staffing needs, as well as individuals looking for in-home healthcare services in the comfort of their own homes for themselves or loved ones.

Marathon's overall business model focuses on three core segments: (1) Infusion Nursing which is a specific practice within Marathon Health Care. It primarily involves RNs dispensing medication, including intravenously administering medications on behalf of infusion clients in clients' homes; (2) Medical Staffing relates to providing necessary personnel and expertise to hospitals, nursing homes and other types of institutions. At the outset, this is notably the cornerstone of the company's business and where the most significant growth within the company is anticipated; and (3) Home Healthcare which is another service providing general in-home patient care. Home Health Aides (HHAs) are employed for duties ranging from routine domestic matters to more complex care in the client's home.
