$105 TO $153 PER BARREL FOR JBII's P2O ??????

(1) Average Ontario, Canada price per litre at the pump = $1/litre:
http://www.ontariogasprices.com/Prices_Nationally.aspx

(2) Subtract gas tax of around .30 a litre, depending on location and current tax rates which keep changing.

(3) Subtract retailer profit per litre = .035 (3.5)%:
http://www.fin.gc.ca/toc/2005/gas_tax-eng.asp

(4) .665 per litre JBII can sell it for from the blending site.

(5) There are 159 litres of fuel in a barrel of oil.
159 litres * .665 = $105.735 per barrel

(6) Selling it as dyed diesel leaves them fuel tax-exempt. Add back between $0 and as high as $47.70 per barrel if they can sell the coloured (dyed) fuel for the same market rate (colured fuel is chemically the same as regular) or better as the after-tax clear diesel.

Tax-exempt fuel
Coloured fuel is exempt from Ontario fuel tax and may be used for non-taxable purposes only.

If so, add back the .30 * 159 = $47.70 per barrel to the $105.74 per barrel for a total of $153.44 per barrel

Commercial boats, generators, furnaces, farm equipment, electricity, construction equipment, etc. All sorts of stuff from the blending site. Also Indian Reservations.

Could fetch $150+ a barrel best case scenario.
