I also got a response from Ken. I emailed him on the 13th asking about the Bruce Knuf rumor that WBJ was spreading. I emailed him the posts from WBJ asking for verification. Good confirmation below on the exact number of shares that Ken owns.

Ken responded yesterday stating, "Thank you for the email. This is a misstatement of what I said. I said that my shares are fully restricted until we are current with the SEC and after we are current, I can only sell 1% per quarter. Bruce is a former officer and he has not been able to sell his shares because brokers want to accept paper shares only after the company is current. Bruce is not in any trouble with the SEC nor has he been "nailed." I own 5.8 billion shares, Bruce's shares are less than 1 day's average trading volume and even if he could sell them, they would have little or no impact on price.
