NVSR -- NAVSTAR TECHNOLOGIES

NavStar Technologies provides GPS related hardware and services in both the consumer and commercial markets to US and international customers. The merger of Argo Navigation and NavStar Technologies brings together wireless products with similar business strategies while addressing two different market segments. NavStar delivers affordable hands-free calling voice driven navigation system. Argo provides GPS products and services that track/monitor vehicles and other valuable assets.

NavStar is positioned to take full advantage of two current market trends.

(1) Location Based Services (the use of GPS to provide services based on an user's location) market is in the inauguration stage of growth.

(2) GPS products and services are predicted to continue to grow at record velocity as hardware prices lowered and new services are added.

In recent years, we have seen explosive growth and change in the telecommunications industry. Wireless technology has forever influenced the way people communicate with each other. It has allowed them to be truly mobile and never out of touch.

To capitalize on this growth, NavStar Technologies has created the Voice Navigator, an affordable, mobile navigation, hands-free, voice interactive unit that is integrated with an Internet-based server. Voice Navigator's technology platform was created to be able to augment basic routing activity with any number of additional new services. The target audience is anyone with a digital wireless handset.

NavStar Technologies will become the premier provider of affordable, voice interactive, location-aware hardware and services with focus on the business and consumer market segments.
NavStar has been selected as the provider of products and services in Ecuador for 18,000 units over two years (3.6M in revenue) and has successfully negotiated a three- year 150,000 unit sales and distribution agreement for Mexico ($36M in revenue). A distribution and sales agreement is completed for Canada, and a joint venture is being formed to sell and distribute products and services in Japan and other counties in the Far East. With insurance in these countries unobtainable or too expensive to justify, many operators in 'at risk' countries have elected to harness the power of wireless, location-based technology to better monitor their valuable assets and high-value cargo while improving efficiencies and increasing the likelihood of asset recovery when faced with potential loss. We have an affordable solution.

ABI Research projects Compound Annual Growth Rates (CAGR's) of 30% per year for LBS services over the next 5 years.

Be sure that NVSR is on your radar today and going forward. At current levels the stock is definitely undervalued.

Happy trading!
