To say share structure means "nothing" shows to eveyone here that you have no understand on anything your talking about sir.

"You're talking about "share structure" as if that's a Big Deal. "

That is literally one of the most incorrect, and completely laughable quotes I have ever read in my life. Share structure is the BIGGEST deal in dertermining a companies value as far as PPS goes. Yes, what a company finds in the ground is extremely important, but if a company is so diluted, like MANY penny based mining and mine exploaration companies are, then it doesn't matter what they find in the ground, their share price will not reflect that value.

If KATG had a O/S of 1 billion shares, and they found a gold reverse that was worth say 50 million dollars, then there price per share wouldn't move up much at all due to the high amount of dilution. If KATG had an O/S of say only 80 million shares, and they found the same 50 million worth of gold, their pps would go up well over a dollar.

One of the major things that seperates KATX/KATG from a company like SRSR is the fact that they arnt anywhere near as diluted. SRSR has great properties, but they are trading around 4 cents due in part to high levels of dilution.

It's a very very very simple and basic concept of the stock market, if you have more shares of something, then each share is worth less. Neither KATG nore KATX have excessive levels of dilution right now, and I don't expect they ever will, but a companies share structure is one of the most important things for any stock out there.

I suggest you learn some basics of trading before commenting further on this.
