Now that some have left, let's share some information. The agreement that is soon to be literal, must be understood correctly. So just review what is stated directly from Northern Dynasty Minerals recent 6-k filing.

"In a letter agreement signed on June 29, 2010, the Company purchased certain claims (approximately 60.7 square kilometers or 23.4 square miles) adjacent to the Pebble Partnership’s Pebble Project from Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (“Liberty Star”) for a consideration of US$1 million in cash (approximately $1.1 million) and a loan advance of US$3 million (approximately $3.2 million). In terms of the Pebble Partnership agreement with Anglo American, the Pebble Partnership has the right to acquire these claims and reimburse the Company for its acquisition costs incurred."

This was mentioned before, but let's reiterate. The Pebble Limited Partnership is considered the assignee in that agreement. They have the right to go forward here. There is Northern Dynasty, and then there is Northern Dynasty's investment in the Pebble Limited Partnership.

So, from above:

"In terms of the Pebble Partnership agreement with Anglo American, the Pebble Partnership has the right to acquire these claims and reimburse the Company for its acquisition costs incurred."

Remember, the loan and claims are interdependent. If the agreement falters, the loan is due, and land reclaimed.

Do not be stupid here, same broken record, yet I still see it. Stupidity.

There is, and was a very good reason for what transpired. I keep getting private messages asking for price points, etc. I don't do that. When the agreement was put forth in that July 8th filing, I stated specifically that this was a lock under .20 cents a share. That is not an exit point, that is the bare minimal I EXPECT. As such, I buy accordingly, and expect no less than 400% on the newest position that I took today. There is no exit point on potential gains, I never cut myself that short . That is all I will ever say.

Come to me tomorrow, so I may feast on your ignorance.
