NEW YORK, Aug 17, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin
Board: GERSD) announced today that GreenShift and its wholly-owned subsidiary,
GS CleanTech Corporation, have settled its patent infringement lawsuit with
Center Ethanol, LLC and entered into a license agreement for use of GreenShift's
patented corn oil extraction process.
