Since you did not answer my question I assume you agree there was no indication your post was meant in humor.

What you must understand is this; moderators have to follow Matt's TOU guidelines as well as you posters. If we do not then we can get reported to Matt and can actually be chastised and/or removed as a moderator, and believe me, there are plenty around here who would cherish such an opportunities.

Therefore I suggest you pay heed to Phil's words. That being said, please feel free to rant, but also give the TOU another read.
