Back in May, someone bought up approximately 9 million shares at between .70 and .99 cents a share and never let them go.

Volume is just now picking up again and it came off the .31 Bottom.

Those Buyers at .99 aren't letting them go until
"They make a Profit".

Could see $1.25 to $1.50 in the Short Term Here!
