SBRH SCAM EXPOSED - part-2

I called yesteday Chong Lee, who is the signer of Amendment of filing to increase A/S to 2B in Florida Secretary

of State, Corporation. The filing is found here;

When I called, he didn't say 'Hi, Chong Lee' or any greeting, sounds as he wants to know who the caller is first.

Why? Anyway, I explained I have a couple questions regarding the stock SBRH and the amendment. After that, the

call receiver claims his name is Mathew and Chong Lee is away for a moment. Then I thought the phone number is

some sort of office phone number or house phone number. Then I hung up asking Mathew to tell Chong Lee to call me

back by 10AM today. I didn't receive a call. So I called again today, it goes directly voice message and voice

message greeting says 'Chong Lee'. Then, I noticed the number I called is cell phone, not land line or any shared

phone with Mathew. Here is my question. Why the person who claims his name is 'Mathew' happened to pick up Chong

Lee's cell phone? Cell Phone is mostly carrried by the owner. If Mathew has Chong Lee's cell phone, what's the

relationship between the two? Are they couple happened to live in a house, then Mathew picked up Chong Lee's

incoming call? Mathew gotta be very close to Chong Lee because he just picks up Chong Lee's incoming calls right

away without Chong Lee's permissions when Chong Lee left his cell phone to him. The other thing I noticed is, the

voice greeting in Chong Lee's cell phone has the exactly same voice and tone as Mathew.

Here I start my guess Chong Lee=Mathew.

Now, let's look at the filing in the above link.

The top part divided by the blue line is in the 2nd page of the amendment, written by Chong Lee.
The below part divided is the 3rd page where Sang Gil Oh signed.
Notice the hand writting of the letters are similar. Legally, Sang Gil Oh should print his name and sign. OK, I

know what you want to say. In many cases, CEO and busy man can be just shown the paper to sign his signature after

his secretary or any person who helps him/her print the CEO's name. I understand. Let's assume, Chong Lee or any

person who prepared the amendment, then Sang Gil Oh signed at the end. Notice the style of writing in both Sang

Gil Oh's signature and other hand writings in the amendment, same color, same thickness, same tone. It's not hard

to find the both signature and other handwrittings are written by the same pen. Looking at this, I can only guess

following cases;

1. Chong Lee(since the name appears on this as main contact regarding the amendment, I assume he wrote the

amendment, or can be any other person) parepred the amendment writing all the letters except Sang Gil Oh's

signature. Then Sang Gil Oh signed. In this case, since they used the same pen, I can guess they used the same

pen, happened to face to face each other. So, Chong Lee must know Sang Gil Oh very well. Chong Lee is currently

living in Toronto, Canada. Sang Gil Oh lives in South Korea. So, did Chong Lee fly to South Korea to sign this or

Sang Gil Oh fly to Canada?

2. How about this, Chong Lee thought 'what the hack, I'm gonna just sign the damn thing as him'. .....could be.

It's not a good idea, but many does. But Chong Lee is in serious legal situation in this case, making up CEO's

signature.


Either way, Chong Lee(the name we all investors know) or Mathew(The person who answers Chong Lee's cell phone with

unlimited authority) or Dr. Sang Gil Oh(CEO we all know, but doesn't exist anywhere in the internet for both Korea

and USA for his recognition in solar technology, but happened to have doctor degree) should be in the center of

this company's stock operation. And there's a person who picks up the phone [phone] in Canada. I know lots of

scam stocks are operated form Canada because when they get into legal situation, there should be many barriers

protecting them to escape. But hey, this guy is the main buddy should be digged to find about the company and

chase 'Sang Gil Oh'.

So, I searched Nam Byung Hwa in Korean website. It turns out that Nam Byung Haw is 80 years old female. Here is

the church website where her picture is. The old female in the center is Nam Byung Hwa.

Notice the phone number is the same as contact of Vaenza.com and the name is printed in Korean, but it says Nam

Byung Hwa and the church is in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. I called Nam Byung Haw and she picked the phone. Before I

called, I guessed this. Someone who's younger person who knows about website and close to Nam Byung Hwa

registerred the website Vaenza.com with gabia.com hosting service. And since her age is 80's, and uses Nam Byung

Hwa's citizen number freely, I assume, the person who registerred as Nam Byung Hwa might be her close relative or

Son or Daughter.

So I explained her about website registration and others, of course, she doesn't understand what I say. So, I told

her, her son or daughter did some business under her name, needs to be corrected. She gave me his son name and

phone number.

Didn't you see any similar number somewhere??? here, look at the text at bottom next to copyright,

http://www.vaenza.com 011-82 106369 8114. Take out first 0, then replace 2 with 6, it becomes his real phone

number.

*Before I go further, all the addresses in filings in financial and Florida Secretary, Corporation for Sang Gil Oh

are missing the suite number and exact address, They omitted details of address, such as replacing street number

with korean zip codes.... I think this is how they hide exact addresses

Why did he give this fake phone number in pr? let's ask calling Sang Gil Oh.



I called Sang Gil Oh, he picks up the phone. He sounds very young around 30's or 40's. From now, I'm going to just

wrote the scripts of our conversation. I'll name the phone receiver as 'X'


me: Hi, Mr. Sang Gil Oh?

X: Who's this?

me: Sang Gil Oh, I want to ask some questions about Vaenza.com website you registerred under your mother's name.

X: I'm not Sang Gil Oh.

me: I just called your mother and she gave me your phone number and name. Why are you saying you're not Sang Gil

Oh.

X: I said I'm not Sang Gil Oh.

me: YOu are Sang Gil Oh. If you keep denying, I'll talk to my lawyer regarding this matter.

X: I'm not Sang Gil Oh. Call me later afternoon, then I'll tell you. (what the heck is he saying????)

(I thought moving/expanding office is BS. Soon when I call Jangwon Rent Car or building manager, it will be clear.

And the investor guy is even deleting his own posts in investorshub.com stock forum, doesn't seem to know much

about the scam company he's dealing with. I'm going to stop doing this worthless research on this stock, think not

worth to do any more. )

SBRH Investors, I have not been so sure that one stock can be scam this much. Also, the investor guy should reveal

where he got shares compensated from and by who, he should be honest in answering investors' questions, should be

active on finding the truth, otherwise, he's hiding the possible scammers behind this stock stealing wealth from

hard working people in unfair game protected by name of investment.
