Good Morning

I am contacting you today in hopes of getting some information about my investment.

I am contemplating increasing my position in BEHL however, I need some information before I can commit more capital to this.

I am looking to get the current Outstanding Share numbers. I contacted the Transfer Agent today and was redirected to contact the issuer. Will you please tell me the current number of issued shares? I can not figure out why BEHL is trading at these low levels.

Have previously restricted shares become free trading recently? is the company currently selling shares to the market? What is your take on the recent selling?

So I got a reply .. I don't expect a follow up .. especially now that I've shared this nonAnswer kiss off reply... Other Shareholders claim to have recently gotten the information I am seeking. Kudos to you btw. Oh Well .. Quarterly Filing should be here soon enough. Might get the information from that. Although I am only expecting the count to period ending.

Looking forward to the interview on Friday. I've seen a few questions submitted that I'd ask, I hope some of them get asked and answered. Anyone know if the company that is conducting the interview, is doing it for free? or are they being compensated by BEHL?
