TWST: How strong financially is i2Telecom?


Mr. Arena: We have raised about $15 million in equity, to date. About
half of that has come from our Board of Directors, and we completed a
small institutional financing about six months ago. We are currently in
the process of reviewing additional financing with some Wall Street
investment bankers, but I am not at liberty to discuss these plans at
the present time.

I believe that by investing early on before a major event
takes place, investors have an opportunity for significant upside
potential.
