Yes, but to truly understand where uranium production is going, refer to domestic applications. As a nation, we import 95% of uranium. The largest exporter to us is our favorite trading partner, Canada. With reference to your article, refer to Canada.

"Canada to Supply Uranium to India and China"http://uraniuminvestingnews.com/4027/canada-to-supply-uranium-to-india-and-china.html

Just recently, Urenco came online. First nuclear enrichment facility licensed in the United States in 30 years. There was only one online previously/currently(USEC). Soon, there will be three given the facility in Idaho(AREVA-think 2014)

The United States is going to triple uranium enrichment. You can also refer to hb97 in Wyoming. This points directly to Salazar, and the study going on in the Arizona Strip. The two year halt to new claims, and a possibility of halting any new entrants to that area for another 20 years, is not by mere chance. That area provides the highest grade uranium at the lowest production cost in the United States. Given the fact that Liberty Star has a high percentage of claims in the segregated area, only points to one thing, domestic extraction is targeted for this area(refer to Finch)

Here is a refresher from last week end.

You must note that it will not prohibit exploration, or mining(extraction)for pre-existing claims
