No. Hunter Dickinson would manage the company(control it). James Briscoe and John Guilbert would be directors at the least. Remember, Northern Dynasty will be sold in the future if the Pebble Mine proceeds into production. It may be bought out by Anglo, who knows, but it will be sold. If there is a joint venture involving Northern Dynasty and Liberty Star, the 60% interest would be sold along with Northern Dynasty. The 40% interest would still be owned by Liberty Star. If Hunter Dickinson controlled Liberty Star, they would retain that 40%, and Liberty star would continue whole(via Hunter Dickinson). A joint venture is just a beginning. If minerals are proven, that joint venture becomes something similar to the Pebble Limited Partnership(example being, it evolves from a joint venture). If you want, take it from Anglo American's perspective.

But look at the worst case scenario. That alone has extreme value at these share price levels(it's undervalued in a worse case scenario). Still an easy sit here, and will continue to be.
