Just one last bit of understanding here. The recent agreement provides the right to Northern Dynasty or it's assignee, Pebble Limited Partnership, to review all of this company's operations. The books are open during the joint venture negotiation.

What seems to be misplaced by a majority is this:

"The Hunter Dickinson management team which operates
Northern Dynasty is recognized as successful developers of
gold-copper porphyry projects, with a demonstrated track
record."
