Nonsense. Wilcox was connected with Russian Mobsters. The proof has all been laid out herew complete with links verifying and confirming the accusations.

Gotshalk was arrested for arranging illegal wash trades in other stocks. It had nothing at all to do with UCHB or the PSPJ scam in which Larry was a main player. I just checked Pacer.
