Update on Procedure to Receive Upcomging Extraordinary Dividend July 09, 2010
Dear Stockholder;
Fortress Financial Group, Inc. has updated the Q&A section of the corporate website with information about the impending extraordinary dividend. This information pertains to the stockholders of Fortress Financial Group, Inc. common stock as opposed to holders of historic dividends. The company is planning to further update the website very soon to include more information for those stockholders of historic dividends.
Specifically, the company has addressed the question of what stockholders are eligible to receive the forthcoming dividend. We have recently received many inquiries as to whether the "Record Date" is still open. Our answer up until now has been affirmative however, the Q&A addresses the fact that once the "Record Date" and "Payment Date" are set, only shareholders of record as of the "record date" will receive the single extraordinary dividend. Please review the Q&A at the website to be fully informed as to the specific details of the dividend distribution as we are now in the final stage of the execution of the sale of both Bouse Gold Inc. and South Copperstone, Inc.
In order to be eligible to receive the upcoming single Extraordinary Dividend, you have to be a stockholder of record on the "Record Date". The "Record Date", once set by the Transfer Agent to Fortress Financial Group, Inc. with FINRA, will be published by ourselves after their approval of these dates. We will not be providing any advance warning as to the possible Dividend Dates but will simply advise our stockholders by E Mail as to the "Record Date" and the "Payment Date" once these dates are approved by FINRA.
We have become aware of certain claims made by Tuffnell Ltd (OTC BB: TUFF) in respect of adjoining claims to our "Bouse" Gold Projects. The Company's attorneys are sending a "cease and desist" letter to Tuffnell Ltd demanding that they cease to call their property the "Little Butte" property as they have no mineral rights in the Little Butte Mine or the Little Butte Claims. We have provided additional information in respect of this matter, on our website.
