I just checked my email and this is the reply I just got back from Tom Gaffney:


I have not been with the company since the beginng of the year. We were always underfunded and tried to raise capital it did not work out

It looks as if we are all bagholders now. I am truely sorry. I guess we all just hold onto the shell and hopes somebody else buys it.
