MTPR has a low float of 158 Million with majority of its O/S restricted. Better yet, they reported profits in their 10Q and have a VPP product launch coming up.
It looks to me this is slowly being accumulated. How many pinkies do you know of that are profitable and has Major contracts with US Dept of Energy and Suncor? Could get interesting imho.
