Gummy....The SEC assigns a forensic accountant with subpoena power to these cases, so they most likely know what Fisher knew (and when) regarding the original Automax shell. BEHL was one of Dan Ryan's cash cows. A lot of scam connections between BEHL, ENTK, CBAY will come to light... along with the roles of Beaten (longtime cohort of Dan Ryan), Pawson, Thompson and Prebay IMO.

My old DD showed the AutoMax shell came via a Ryan/Carnes partnership and thru Pawson/Thompson/Prebay to Fisher...the SEC knows for sure.
