As we draw near to the final completion of the sale of our Gold interests and distribution of those proceeds through the payment of a single the extraordinary dividend, we will endeavor to keep you informed of material events through this shareholder letter and we will update the website to reflect the status of events as they unfold.

Please note that we have updated the FAQ section of the website as of June 25, 2010. The additional information concerns the audits of Bouse Gold Inc. and South Copperstone Inc. not being a factor in the sale of our interests in those corporations.

We are pleased to note that the current price of gold is climbing higher still. For regular updates on the price of gold you may access the handy chart under the section titled 'about gold' on the investor page. Today Gold broke through US$1,250/oz to trade at around US$1,258/oz

We are in the final stages of the disposition of the long awaited dividends. Thank you all for your patience and determination as we have struggled through many difficulties to bring about a satisfactory resolution for our shareholders. These travails have been enumerated in the Chairman's message on the website. Having come through this far, the end is now in sight. We will bring you the news through this channel and on the website as no further press releases will be forthcoming.
