ValCom's My Family TV Network Announces Joint Venture Agreement With Global Renewable Energy Systems, Inc.

ValCom, Inc. (OTCBB: VLCO) announced today that they have entered into a joint venture agreement with Global Renewable Energy Systems, Inc. [color=red]to develop, produce, and air four (4) hours of weekly programming dedicated to renewable energy products for homes and businesses.[/color]

In the joint venture, Global Renewable Energy Systems, Inc. http://gresenergy.com/coreprojects.html will provide funding and renewable energy expertise to develop the green programming block. My Family TV will produce and broadcast the 4 hours of "Green" programming.
The block will be featured on My Family TV, http://www.myfamilytv.tv/ a 24 hour network of family-friendly programming that is distributed to cable systems and digital broadcast stations. My Family TV's programming is currently available in over 40 million homes. My Family TV's programming lineup consists of blocks of movies, lifestyle programming, outdoor/recreation programs, and children's shows.

The Green block will consist of entertainment and educational programming that focuses on renewable energy products, green living, and sustainability. One program in the block will be a reality program where formerly foreclosed properties are renovated with renewable energy products. A second program will examine global environmental issues with the goal of providing pragmatic solutions that individuals can implement on a daily basis.
