Bloomfield has not been given shares. Here is their reply:

"xxxxxx, thanks for sending us this. We just went to the website and demanded a correction. Please know that we have not been compensated for SSPT. Every share we own we purchased on the open market. We have CEO's and promoters calling us every day offering us cash and shares...we always decline!!

We currently own 15,000,000 shares of SSPT "
