ATIG Stockholders 2009 thru June 2010 Review
Dear ATIG Stockholders:

Thank you for your continued support of Atlantis Internet Group Corporation (ATIG). We are happy to report that ATIG has made substantial strides in achieving our objectives in 2009 and the first half of 2010. We set challenging goals including several major accomplishments that have never been achieved by any other gaming company. All of our legal opinions before the National Indian Gaming Commission, (NIGC) (the largest Gaming Commission and the only Federal Gaming Commission in the United States have been approved).

This combined with major strides in product development and patents have positioned ATIG as a formidable competitor in the gaming industry. Here are some of our notable achievements over the past 18 months, all focused on gaining the highest possible return for our stockholders’ investment in ATIG.

Casino Gateway Network
In September 2009, ATIG gained a favorable legal opinion from the NIGC approving the use of our Casino Gateway Network product in all Indian Casinos nationwide. As you may recall, the Casino Gateway Network is a private gaming network that allows players to play State to State, Wide Area Progressive Slots, Class III, Class II and online games, such as ATIG's Entertainment Plus product, on Indian lands. This opinion also allows ATIG to link Indian Casinos nationwide in order to offer larger progressive jackpots than one or two States could. By gaining approval from the largest Gaming Commission in the United States, this also opens the door for ATIG to implement its gaming network in commercial casinos in over 12 States across the United States.

The Indian version of the Casino Gateway Network is called the Tribal Gaming Network (TGN). When Congress passed the Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act (UIGEA) in late 2006 and the U.S. Department of Revenue implemented its final rules in January 2009, it put an end to Internet Gaming in the U.S. That Bill limited banks from accepting credit card charges by U.S. citizens from illegal, off-shore Internet Casinos. That same Bill however, made it legal for States to offer Interstate Internet Gaming and Tribes to offer Intertribal Internet Gaming. Legislation must be passed by the State to offer Intrastate Gaming. Intertribal Gaming for Tribes must be approved by the NIGC and operated on Indian lands.

With current economic deficits across the country, many States are looking for ideas to generate revenue. The Casino Gateway Network will allow ATIG to take advantage of both forms of gaming; Intertribal first, once the NIGC receives resolutions from Tribes to approve Internet Gaming. The Tribal Gaming Network will immediately allow ATIG to offer Intertribal Gaming and Internet Gaming, which is approved by UIGEA and gives Indian Gaming the opportunity to link Indian Casinos across the United States and offer Internet Gaming as long as it’s operated on Indian lands.

The UIGEA also creates the opportunity to offer a progressive Mega Jackpot we call "Thunderball." the Indian version of Powerball. The TGN will allow ATIG to offer other progressive games and tournament games on the network as well. Currently there are many States trying to pass Interstate Poker as well as Intrastate Internet gaming (such as: California, Illinois, Ohio and others). The Casino Gateway Network will also have a commercial version of this product that will allow commercial casinos in 12 States to offer Interstate Internet Gaming to their individual residents as legislation is passed by the State.

Tribal Gaming Network
Poker has long been the most substantial casino game since the introduction of Internet Gaming and in traditional casinos throughout the US and abroad. Party Poker raised a record 9 Billion on the AIM’s market in 2005 one of the largest IPO’s in history based primarily on the popularity of Poker. Then in 2006 the UIGEA eliminated the entire US market from Internet Gaming considered to be a 60% of the entire Internet Gaming market or a 9 Billion dollar loss to the Internet Gaming industry. Since 2006 no legal online Poker network except for land based Tournaments has operated within the US until now. We are glad to report that ATIG has added our first major Vendor to our Tribal Gaming Network that will allow ATIG to offer the first legal Poker Network online and offline across the United States.

ATIG has just signed a binding Term Sheet with Cake Gaming NV. Cake Gaming NV are the owners and operators of the Cake Poker Network worldwide. Not only is California pushing a Poker bill through legislation, but many States consider Poker as a major gaming product to ease State deficits. The Tribal Gaming Network allows ATIG to link Indian Casinos together throughout the US in over 30 States at the same time, which creates the critical mass that Poker really needs to thrive.

Nationwide Sportsbook/Bingo Game
In September 2009, the NIGC also granted ATIG approval of the first nationwide sportsbook/bingo game that can be played in Indian Casinos throughout the entire U.S. The games approved were Quarterback Draw Football (QDF) and Bango Football. These games received approval as a Class III, Class II and Bingo game by the NIGC. Bango Football is the first legal nationwide sportsbook game classified as a Class II game, so it can be played in all 50 States in casinos and non casino venues.

ATIG has recruited former NFL Quarterbacks to play against each other in casinos nationwide to launch both games. ATIG has recruited Rick "Doc" Walker, a former Washington Redskins Football player/Super Bowl participant to assist in the promotion of the games. Rick is also a well known Comcast Sports Broadcaster which will help promote the games thru major sporting venues. Mr. Walker's primary role is to recruit NFL quarterbacks to serve as spokesmen for the QDF product.

ATIG & Hitsville Ventures, LLC
ATIG and real estate mogul, Herb Strather have worked together over the years to convince key Motown entertainers to recruit other Motown greats to join the Hitsville Ventures, LLC as well as becoming stockholders in ATIG. Today, we have the largest group of Detroit and Motown entertainers since Berry Gordy's Motown heyday. Hitsville Ventures, LLC offers celebrity branding and holds the rights to over 40 legendary and new musical artists and songs. Hitsville also sells a gaming product called Lotto Soul, a scratch-off lottery ticket currently selling in Washington, DC, Detroit, MI and Kansas City, MO.

The Lotto Soul scratch-off was the largest selling scratch-off ticket in DC history. Hitsville Ventures includes; Hitsville Radio (an R&B radio station featuring many Motown greats), Celebrity Cruises and Hitsville-branded slot machine products. Hitsville was launched as a private company but is currently in discussions to merge with ATIG, a public company. Recently, ATIG and Hitsville signed a memorandum of understanding for ATIG to purchase all the assets of Hitsville Ventures, LLC in exchange for stock in ATIG.
The merger would increase overall company equity value and allow both companies to consolidate their assets and offer a premier product line. The Hitsville Company will gain the advantages of being inside a public vehicle while adding an excellent revenue stream to our company.

St Regis Card Club
Another substantial equity addition to ATIG is the acquisitions by our subsidiary Atlantis Acquisition Group, Corp. of a 40% interest in a Charity Casino/Card Room in downtown Detroit that approval by the Michigan Lottery. The Card Room is a part of the historic St. Regis Hotel in which ATIG has acquired a 10% ownership along with several famous Motown entertainers and Herb Strather. The Card Room will offer Poker, Blackjack and Roulette. The Charity Casino/Card Room is scheduled to open July 28th, with a ceremony dedicated to several local charities and the new Mayor of Detroit.

Jukebox Slots
We are proud to announce that Jukebox Slots, in May 2010, received its official patent from the United States Patent Office. Jukebox Slots is a revolutionary way to enjoy your favorite music while playing slots. ATIG was granted a license from one of the largest music publishing companies in the world. Our license allows us to use the entire music library of over 1,500,000 songs, downloads and images on our Jukebox Slots products. The Jukebox Slots prototype has been under development for the last several months and is scheduled to be completed and July 2010.

This will launch ATIG's first and only musical slot product utilizing musical greats from Motown, Rock, Country, Soul, R&B and Jazz. Unlike traditional slot machines, Jukebox Slots will offer a wide variety of electronic table games including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Keno and electronic versions of other popular traditional table games. ATIG will feature Jukebox Slots online and in traditional casinos such as the floor versions of the products, "Jukebox Fever" and "Hitsville Slots."

The Moulin Rouge Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada
In November 2008, the Moulin Rouge received its final development approval from the Las Vegas City Planning Commission, City Council and the Mayor to begin development of the new casino. However, a series of events since that time has caused ATIG to rethink its investment in the Moulin Rouge. The current global economic downturn has even affected the lucrative Las Vegas gaming market. Las Vegas is down in gaming revenue by 38%, foreclosure rates are the highest in the country at 157%.

Financing of casinos has been slim to none in Las Vegas. Even MGM's stock is down 97% and many major casinos have already filed for bankruptcy protection, (including the Moulin Rouge). Unlike other investors in the Moulin Rouge, our deal was based on stock and services, and any default called for the return of all ATIG stock, so our company will experience no financial loss by the current situation at the Moulin Rouge.

Given the state of affairs at the Moulin Rouge and since we have been unable to gain control over the operation, ATIG cancelled its contract with the Moulin Rouge. Accordingly, all ATIG stock certificates have been cancelled and recalled. We still believe in the long term opportunity in Las Vegas and ATIG plans to play a role in its future. ATIG will offer the Las Vegas market an opportunity to develop with technology in mind, saving costs where other casinos have not. ATIG’s server-based slot technology allows casinos to control their slot floors with a platform that will save millions over traditional slot machines. We are optimistic that legislation allowing Intrastate Internet Gaming will be passed in Nevada. If that happens, a casino will be able to reach residents throughout the State of Nevada online. ATIG's product eliminates up to 50% of the overhead costs of casino operations. ATIG offers a refreshing form of musical gaming and takes the casino product directly into the homes of Nevada residents.

Registration Status
As a development stage company, ATIG is required to have its financials reviewed for a five-year period. The process to finalize our audit and to file our registration has taken longer than we initially estimated. We anticipate our audit being completed in July of this year and we will file our registration to move ATIG up to the OTCBB Exchange and become a fully reporting public company. Following many unforeseen changes by the SEC on Pink Sheet companies, many of our long term investors have inquired into having the legends remove from their stock certificates. Our legal team is now working with our Transfer Agent to find a solution to grant that request within the framework setup by the SEC and we hope to have a solution within the next month. Registration will include the compensation of the acquisition of assets from our original private company Atlantis Gaming Corporation (AGC) into the public entity. The innovative gaming software developed by AGC was used to establish the gaming software for the ATIG products line. We recognize the long dedication our original AGC investors have made for our company. We are currently working on a very attractive conversion plan to properly compensate those investors for their time, investment, dedication and contributions to ATIG, without which the company would not be where it is today. While this has been an arduous process, it has allowed us to properly establish the company’s equity along with the building blocks to sustain a higher stock price once we become a fully reporting company on OTCBB market.
