Surely in their efforts to conserve cash they didn't fail to pay the webmaster for the bandwidth...


LOL. The sad truth is, many billion dollar companies fail to renew their domain registration and hosting services all the time. Luckily for IDCC, their domain name is registered through Sept. 2014. They use AT&T Global for their web hosting, and they seem to be reliable, albeit expensive. A simple check of their network status page shows everything to be fine on their end. ;)

I did a tracert, and my best guess is that there seems to be a serious outage somewhere along the IP backbone.
