Email from Bll Goodwin-TMD Energy--I emailed Bill gooodwin some questions and he actually replied and answered them. It sounds like they are the main company in tennessee and MGLG is a small investor in with them. Doesn't sound that great coming from bill goodwin that mglg is a small investor....Here is my email and then his answers.......

Hello Mr. Goodwin,
I am an investor of MGLG- Magellan energy and I have a few questions for you that I hope you can help me with, all the PR’s that Magellan has put out list TMD energy as being involved with them on the wells they operate. I have read that MGLG had their CUSIP hijacked and June 21st , 2010 is the date that the court rules on what happens with this situation. So, can you answer these questions?

HIS ANSWER ON HIJACKING----I am not familiar with their CUSIP or any court action.

1.Are you associated with Magellan Energy? --
HIS ANSWER--- No, they just invested a very small amount of money in several of our projects

2.Are the gas lines hooked up?
HIS ANSWER -- yes

3.Did the high BTU issue get resolved?--
HIS ANSWER--. We are blending low btu gas but the costs makes operating almost not profitable. getting 80 cents per mcf
4.Are you producing oil and natural gas?---
HIS ANSWER--Not yet, expect to be doing so shortly

5.Are you making revenue?---
HIS ANSWER-- Not yet and any revenue from Tennessee will be less than $500 per month. As I said small investments.
