in general, you need a program that will load PGN files (just copy and past my game into a text file, then save with a PGN extension, more info):

I still use ChessMaster9000, which has plenty of other great features, one of the best programs out there for ease of use when I got it years ago....it has tons of features, and cost me like $9 for a 2GB download....

PS: this seems to work, example, C/P the below and play, I don't know if everything I posted is strict PGN format though:
