MUST READ FOR ALL
When the IR guy returned my call this evening he told me they had PR ready to release last week but on advice from there lawyer they did not put it out, he told me that it will be released before trading starts and that there will be multiple PR's in the coming week
also I ask about the SEC action and he said that they didnt beleive that the product was real , and it was patented and the businesses they worked with. they provided all the information about the patent, working relationships with companies and other information dating back 15 years , he told me that they provided more information about everything then was asked for
I also asked about test results and he said that the results were very good
i also asked about contracts he said that was in the works and the coming PR's will lets us know
he also mentioned that the company has many things planned to get investor confidence back
what most people dont realize is that this oil spill is very small in the big picture of this company
I asked about there there joint venture for oil wells I was told that its working interest and depending on how much the production is increased they will get a % of it. also that the company they are working with has thousands and thousands of wells and they could start working on hundreds of them right away once the trial phase is done on the two wells
Once they start the trail phase will take couple months to see how much it increased and they should be start soon
they were going to put out more PR's about that project but this sec thing happened and they got side tracked
IMO this is a long term buy in a year it could easily and very realistly be in the $2-$4 range and 2 years in the $10 range depending on how many well they work on and how well they do
